Busyness does not equate to happiness.
Busyness doen’t equal success.
“Busyness” is not necessarily evidence of the wise use of time.
Busyness can create the illusion that we are effective when we are not.
we must not allow ourselves to get bogged down in administrative busyness.
Busyness does not naturally lead to accomplishment
Our “busyness” must not crowd out our prayers to our Father in Heaven.
Busyness and weariness often lead to missing the mark.
My busyness incident to the pressing cares of the world can make me quite content with a superficial understanding of spiritual things.
Quiet, sustained goodness is the order of heaven, not conspicuous but episodic busyness.    NAMaxwell
Wise scheduling to benefit the family is often victimized by our busyness.    NAM
The honorable may be blinded by busyness, caught up in other causes, or preoccupied with trivia.  NAMaxwell
Sadly, in our busyness, we sometimes fail other members of the Church. (or our own family)   NAMaxwell
Sometimes we are, in our busyness, like the sincere but unnoticing hospital visitor who stood on the patient’s oxygen tube.
While anxiously inquiring about the patient’s welfare!    NAMaxwell
Routineness and busyness, in and of themselves, are not bad, but their steady drumbeat can distract us.
Besides, busyness is no substitute for purpose and meaning.    NAMaxwell
We can be consumed by our busyness rather than pursuing our fundamental purposes.  Without clearly defined goals,
most mortals concentrate on activity with the real task of becoming enslaved by it.     NAMaxwel
Effective activity brings accomplishments, results. Ineffective activity (busyness without results) brings frustration and can breed discouragement
and an unbelieving or defeatist attitude. Effectiveness-accomplishment-success: one and the same thing.    SRCovey
No wonder one of the adversary’s favorite tactics is busyness—getting us so preoccupied with the flurry of daily life that we fail to immerse ourselves in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Sheri Dew

I am the Editor and Founder of https://principlesneverfail.us/ a blog dedicated to principle centered personal development. The social, intellectual, physical, and spirtual challenges facing individuals and the communities in which we live in 2020 and beyond will require the best that is within us. True principles anchor us to the truths previously discovered. We can move forward into the future with confidence on the correct path if we do not forsake the truths we already know. My over 50 year quest has been to discover true principles and seek to understand and strive to apply them in my life. My hope is that some of what I have found may be of value to my family, friends, and to you.
